New Undergraduate Student Information Sessions

Meet your major adviser, CED's career counselor, and other new students in your major. Learn about student groups, Peer Advisers, upcoming events, and how to check your graduation requirements, as well as get all your last-minute questions answered. We look forward to meeting you!

CED Ice Cream Social

It's time once again for the College of Environmental Design Ice Cream Social! Everyone is invited — all majors, all new, continuing, grad, and undergrad students. Staff, faculty, Peer Advisers, and student groups will join in the fun and, as always, the faculty will be scooping out the ice cream.

As a special treat this year, the new dean of the college, Jennifer Wolch, will give a brief welcome at 1 p.m. to kick off the academic year.

Ice cream provided by Fenton's Creamery, as seen in the Pixar movie Up. (Thanks to Fenton's for the student discount!)

Come to this information session to meet the CED undergraduate advisers and learn more about the college, the majors, and transfer admissions criteria. Find out what you can do to maximize your chances of admission!

Denmark Summer Study Information Session

Learn about the Summer Studies Programs in Architectural Design and Furniture Design offered by Danish International Studies (DIS) in Copenhagen. Open to graduate students and undergraduates who have completed Arch 100A and 100B. Receive a 5-hour studio credit and a 3-hour credit from DIS for a lecture course on Scandinavian Architecture.
