The following individuals, foundations, and organization have strengthened our college through gifts of $10,000 or more in 2008-2009. We are profoundly grateful for their support.

The college raised its largest gift from the Dean L. and Rosemarie Buntrock Foundation, who gave $100,000 towards the Wurster Hall Non-Seismic Renovation Fund to renovate Room 101 of Wurster Hall.

The late George A. Pomeroy, '53 gave $50,875 towards the George Pomeroy Environmental Design Fund.

Christopher D. Delaney, '73 gave $50,000 to establish the Topher Delaney Environmental Design Archives Fund, $10,000 of which went to the Environmental Design Archives Fund. Ms. Delaney also gave an additional $2,500 to the CED Archives Fund.

Frank L. Fuller, '76 & Sarah R. Fuller gave $30,000 to establish the the Frank L. and Sarah R. Fuller Deferred Gift Annuity, and $800 to the Sam Davis Social Practice Fund.

Howard R. Friesen, '50 & Carmel Penther Friesen, '50 gave $25,000 towards the Carmel P. Friesen Chair in Urban Studies.

Fong & Chan Architects Inc. gave $25,000 towards the Fong and Chan Architects Undergraduate Scholarship Endowment.

Professor Sam Davis, '69 & Joanne Cuthbertson gave $20,000 to establish the Sam Davis Social Practice Fund.

The Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts gave $15,000 towards the Berkeley/Design/Books Fund.

Jeffrey C. Chan & Helen M. Chan gave $10,019 towards the College of Environmental Design Dean's Annual Fund.

Russell S. Yuen & Julie Ann M. Yuen gave $10,000 towards the Jason Yuen Endowed Scholarship Fund.

The San Francisco Foundation gave $10,000 towards the Sam Davis Social Practice Fund, $ 3,000 towards the I. Donald Terner Prize for Innovation and Leadership in Affordable Housing, and $500 towards the College of Environmental Design Dean's Annual Fund.

Norma N. Esherick gave $10,000 towards the Joseph Esherick Endowed Chair, and $200 towards the CED Archives Fund.

Sun Star Die-Cast Inc. gave $10,000 towards the College of Environmental Design Fund.
