(est. 1932)
The Berkeley Garden Club's stated objective is to, "stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening among amateurs; aid in the protection of native flora and fauna; and encourage civic plantings." The members of the Club have been meeting monthly in pursuit of these goals since 1932. The collection consists of minutes and budgets from the 1930's to the 1970's; various scrapbooks (Achievement Scrapbook, Berkeley Beautiful Project, Bulbs, Herbs, Spices and Edible Plants); photographs documenting the Club's activities, starting in 1967, but primarily from the late 1980's to the late 1990's. There are also some yearbooks and membership records.
