Philip Fein

Philip Fein was an architectural photographer working primarily during the 1950s and 60s in California. He photographed both residential and commercial buildings, and landscapes.

The Fein collection consists primarily of black and white photographs and negatives, but includes some color transparencies. Images depict interior and exterior views as well as landscapes. Architects and landscape architects represented in the collection include Thomas Church, Douglas Baylis, Clarence Tantau, Frederick Langhorst, and William Wurster. Sam Bloom Residence, 1953
