Title: Borders and formal planting
Project: The Court at St. Fagans
Creator: Gertrude Jekyll - landscape architect
Physical description: ink on coated trace
Dimensions: 13 x 23 inches
Note: The smaller circle in this drawing was originally intended to enclose a large chestnut tree. The tree was planned as a focal point in a direct center line with the house until it was discovered that the tree was one foot out of center; the plans were subsequently changed to de-emphasize the difference.
