• Studios. Studios are closed for the summer on Monday, August 17. Any materials left in the studios will be recycled or disposed of. Studios will be available for students to move in on Wednesday, August 26.
• Lighting Upgrades. The lighting retrofit project will continue through September. Offices and classrooms will be outfitted with new bulbs and ballasts, while corridor areas will receive new fixtures. The studios will receive the Adura lighting control system developed at the Center for the Built Environment.

Report Building Issues

Include the location, nature, and estimated duration of the problem. Examples of problems to report: burned-out lights, doors that won't close, water leaks, and other damage to the facilities. The Facilities Manager will submit a work order to campus Physical Plant, who will diagnose and fix the problem.

To report a theft, vandalism, or suspicious person/activity in Wurster Hall, notify both the Facilities Office and the UC Berkeley Police Department at (510) 642-6760 (non-emergency number).
