LAEP Assistant Professor Judith Stilgenbauer, working with graduate students Shih-ting Wang and Calder Gillin, won first prize in the open international design competition for the new “228 National Memorial Park” in Chiayi City, Taiwan. Project construction is scheduled to start in early 2007.
