The Institute of Urban and Regional Development's Center for Community Innovation is hosting a symposium to address housing policy issues and highlight promising practices in the creation of mixed income communities.

On behalf of the Advisory Committee for the I. Donald Terner Prize for Innovation & Leadership in Affordable Housing, you are invited to join the inaugural symposium, INNOVATIONS IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING. Leaders in the field will share best practices in policy and development that will be celebrated through the award of the 2007 I. Donald Terner Prize.

The symposium will take place Wednesday, January 31, 2007, at the Latham Hotel, 3000 M Street NW, in Washington, D.C. More details may be found at the Terner symposium website.
