Sunday morning...email from student saying they could not login and use software. Spent from about 7am until 1:30pm trying to troubleshoot the problem. Remote desktop into the server and restarted the service but everytime I logged out it stopped. Staying logged in and just disengaging from Remote desktop seemed to work. We should really upgrade to 6.2 and add more users since we fill up often in just a few days and need profiles deleted... will talk to Chris about it. |

Keyserver is acting up again. None of the students can login to keyAcess and use the photoshop in the lab. |

The keyServer was shut off. The AC in the server room was off so the keyServer overheated and shut off. |

George rebooted the KeyServer machine opened the door for the server room for now |

I just talked to Eli and told him to call this issue in as an Emergency since we could have massive failure of equipment in that room. |
