0000813: The computer near the scanner on the 8th floor doesn't allow student to login

Description

The computer near the scanner on the 8th floor doesn't allow student to login. The message says:

The windows can not log you on because your profile can not be loaded...

I login as admin and checked the disk space. It still has ~32G left. So it's probably not relating to not enough disk space to create local profile...

(0001748) gvinson (administrator) 2009-10-31 10:23	The convention for naming the computer is 801-1 or 801-2, 2 being second from the elevators. If I knew which one we were talking about I could have a look at it remotely. Right now I would be guessing... small point but one we should remember for troubleshooting and recording problems. Give as much info as possible as least as far as location of the problem.

(0001828) gvinson (administrator) 2009-11-24 15:16	This is odd... seems it is missing the cmos battery. Once I replaced the battery I was able to log into the computer. I am still going to re-image the computer since I have a image with updated applications, AV, and other upgrades. I will also see if I can find some more memory for it as it is running only 1GB.
