The Visual resources Center specializes in producing digital images for teaching and publication use. We use state-of-the-art digital cameras, transparency scanners, and flatbed scanners to create digital images from publications, original documents and drawings, film transparencies, models and exhibits, and on location subjects. We have a public scanning station for faculty to scan their personal 35mm slides. Scanning of material for teaching use is free of charge for faculty in the College of Environmental Design when the material is for classroom presentation in a current or upcoming class. Scanning of material for personal, publication, or research purposes is subject to our standard pricing, which offsets staff time and materials. Please contact us with any questions regarding pricing or to schedule some work with us. |
